Tuscany’s Hidden Gem: A Romantic Elopement at Borgo San Felice

As we said goodbye to the enchanting city of Venice and set out on our journey to the next destination, I couldn't help but make a sarcastic comment about the distances in Europe compared to Texas. I had recommended shooting the sunrise session in Venice and the sunset session in Tuscany on two separate days, considering the tiring car ride. But, as I sat in the car, I realized I had forgotten about the vast distances people from Texas are used to traveling.

When we arrived at the ancient hamlet of Borgo San Felice, I was immediately taken aback by its beauty. This Middle Ages stone hamlet, transformed into a luxurious hotel complex, had been preserved with care and attention to detail. As the only Relais & Châteaux in Chianti Classico since 1992, this place was truly a hidden gem in Tuscany. We were equally enchanted by the charm and beauty of Borgo San Felice. As we waited for the sun to rise, we explored the property and found ourselves awed by the stunning views of the rolling hills and vineyards. When the sun finally rose, it cast a golden light over the property, creating a truly magical moment. I was honored to capture the beauty and love of this couple in this breathtaking setting.
